Approach
Let’s start with what we are NOT. We are NOT a big box store or super distribution center. Rather we strive to be a boutique specializing in a wide-range of original apparel, memorabilia, novelties and souvenirs focused on the mystery and lore surrounding Area 51 located in Rachel, NV. The majority of products offered in the on-line store are designed, created and produced to order right here at the Alien Cowpoke — just for you.
What this means:
You will not find these designs and creations anywhere else outside our physical or Online stores.
Your product may have slight variations in tone and/or color than the photos on the website as they are produced one at a time, rather than in mass. In essence each product is an original.
Three to four days is the typical time needed to produce and prepare order for shipments as they are individually created for you. When you receive your order we are confident you will agree the little extra time was worth the wait.

Shipping Policy
As we start our online store we will be focusing initially on domestic sales exclusively to start
. We want your shopping experience to be filled with only fun surprises so we keep it simple. Flat shipping and handling fee based on order amount:
Orders up to $25: $5.00
Orders of $25-$50: $7.50
Orders of $50 or more: FREE
Because we make many of our own products it may take a day or so more to ship as they are often created on demand -- just for you!

Exchange Policy
In order to offer a simple, economical shipping policy we need to balance it with a simple, direct exchange policy.
We make every effort to provide a photo with a product name label to assure you receive the product you wanted. We also provide a sizing chart along with the general S, M, L, XL, XXL size descriptors to help assure the best fit for t-shirts. However, we all know things happen. You changed your mind regarding design choice or you prefer your t-shirt a bit smaller or larger. No problem we can make an exchange. However in order to afford such reasonable shipping fees, in the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the item you wish to return back to the Alien Cowpoke and the new item back to your residence.
